The gold standard for Sleep Apnea treatment is a CPAP machine that uses positive pressure to keep the airway open. CPAP users must wear some type of facemask which is connected to the CPAP machine itself. Certain individuals may find these machines awkward to use and difficult to tolerate.
In mild to moderate cases, a dental appliance for sleep apnea can be made similar to a mouth guard in order to hold the airway open. The dental appliance works by holding your jaw in a more forward position in order to limit obstruction. These dental appliances can also be used as a snoring treatment. We offer free consultations so that you can discuss all the options available to you.
We are able to perform minor oral surgery at our office. For these procedures, we offer excellent anesthesia and pain management options. Our staff works to make certain you feel confident prior to the procedure and comfortable after. Should you require complex surgery, we will refer you to an area specialist.
Root canals are usually necessary when a cavity is too deep, or if there is trauma to the tooth. We always try to save our natural teeth but every patient is different. Should a root canal be necessary, we will refer you in the right direction. We work with some very talented specialists in our area!
Periodontal disease is a major medical concern. Those who have it are more prone to heart disease, strokes, and diabetes. In general, this is seen in adult patients, though it can sometimes present in children. We offer deep cleanings to address periodontal disease. After this cleaning, patients must come in three to four times a year rather than two, allowing us to ensure their gums and bones stay healthy. Should you have advanced disease, we will refer you to an area specialist.
We offer both in-office and at-home tooth whitening, giving you a safe, predictable, and permanent way to achieve a brighter smile. In-office whitening is faster and more dramatic, while at-home whitening helps the process feel more natural. We only use FDA-approved products that do not damage your teeth.
In the past, crowns and veneers could come close to matching your teeth, but not quite, leaving people feeling as if something was a little off with your smile. Now, we can perfectly match the color of the surrounding teeth, allowing the crowns and veneers to blend in with perfection.
We know—most people think dentures are a subpar solution. And in the past, that might have been true. Now, we are able to craft dentures that fit perfectly and look 100% natural. No one around you will need to know that they aren’t your real teeth. When you work with us, your smile gets the second chance you’ve been wishing for.
We believe that restoring the function of your teeth should not equal compromising your aesthetic vision. With our natural-colored fillings, implant crowns, and bridges, we can restore your teeth without unsightly metal fillings or colors that do not blend with the rest of your smile. You should look and feel good after dental treatment.
